What’s Your Love Language?

There are five common love languages, according to the book The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman. These love languages are:

  1. Quality Time: Spending time together, and focusing on each other without distractions.

  2. Words of Affirmation: Expressing love and appreciation for each other using words.

  3. Physical Touch: Expressing love through physical contact like hugs, kisses, and holding hands.

  4. Acts of Service: Expressing love through doing things for the other person, like making them breakfast or doing errands for them.

  5. Receiving Gifts: Expressing love by giving meaningful gifts to your partner.

No matter which type of love language you and your partner speak, it's important to show your love and appreciation for each other in a way that is meaningful to both of you.
